There, she worked closely with mid-market companies offering them cost effective, customized leasing solutions for their technology, software, and equipment. Prior to equipment financing, Erica worked in the hospitality industry for almost 25 years. A majority of those years were in Center City Philadelphia where she worked for one of the biggest restaurant groups in the area
